‘I have the most cat-loving dog’: Enormous fluffy doggo falls in love with pawrent's foster kitties, so foster plan goes out the window and the adoption papers come out

One of our furrvorite things to write about here at I Can Has Cheezburger is big doggos falling in love with teeny tiny kittens. There's just something so wholesome about it. Maybe it's the fact that it breaks the age-old stereotype of cats and dogs being mortal enemies, the silly size difference, or just seeing two fuzzy, loving creatures become family, but whatever it is, it never fails to make us smile. This story below is awwbsolutely no exception.

The pawrent below decided to foster three baby kittens, and through that process, she purrfectly discovered that her doggo is the most cat-loving doggo to ever walk the Earth. The gentle giant fell head-over-paws for one of them in purrticular, so the pawrents made the most heartwarming decision to throw the foster plan out the window and bust out the adoption papers.   • There are many times when we find ourselves being jealous of kittens, but after seeing these pictures, we have never been more jealous than right now. That doggo looks so comfortable that a nap with him could cure our eternal tiredness for furrever.

  • That's it - next life, we had better be reborn as an enormous, fluffy, cat-loving doggo, or a kitten with a cat-loving doggo to nap on. We will accept nothing else.

    chunt246 Love to see it, pets/animals in general are incredible creatures. We could learn from them. There's a reason majority of people love them so much more then beeing around other people. Because they're kind and loving creatures. We need to be more like them. That's my ghandi input for the night.

    Corgi_Farmer I had Pyrenees/Anatolian mix that would dote over our cat. He would just look at him and wag his tail. Cat freaking loved that 115lb horse. Oddly enough the cat absolutely hates my corgi Cobain and will take any chance he has to get a swipe in.

    poppybrooke My dog Meeka looooooved cats. She was from an apparent hoarding situation and grew up with cats. When I adopted her she wanted nothing more than to be with our three cats. On walks she ignored every dog we saw

    but, if she saw a cat, she'd immediately get wiggly and want to say hi. She was so patient too, she'd be very calm when she approached and laid down if they seemed startled. She just wanted to be with cats all of the time

    hazelEyes1313 I had a dog like that growing up. We could bring. any tiny kitten home. Just had to let her smell it in our hands and then she was immediately aware it was ours and by extension hers. They'd cuddle with her and sleep on her thick fur and she never budged
